There are several ways but I am telling you the easiest way.
Use WinRAR.
Click here to Download WinRARJust highight the files that you want to make an installer with and right-click and click add to archive.
There will be a field that shows 'something'.rar
Change the .rar to .exe and you go to the other tabs and fill in the infomation that you think is required.
